SUMMARY:After School Club - Wensum - Thursday
DESCRIPTION:We are really excited to be bringing our hugely popular after school cookery clubs to Wensum Primary School in September and we hope that your budding young chef would love to join us. Our classes will start on Thursday 11th September\, it is a 7 week half term taking us to Thursday 23rd October. \nEach week our chefs get to enjoy making a delicious recipe from scratch to bring home and share with you. We alternate each week between sweet and savoury recipes because we love to teach the savoury but there is no getting away from how much children love to make cakes! We love to add a theme to most weeks\, this may be learning about seasonal ingredients\, foods from around the world or celebrating national days. Our main goal is for all children to learn to cook\, explore new foods and become more adventurous in the foods they will eat whilst also having a brilliant time in our clubs. \nAll food comes home cooked and ready to eat. Whilst the food is cooking our chefs help with the washing up and clearing away. \nWe pride ourselves on making sure that our cookery clubs are inclusive for everyone\, if there is anything we can do to support your child’s learning please mention it in the booking form or get in touch. \nWhere possible we will try to accommodate dietary requirements of the children (we can not include dietary requirements in the family).
