Our new term has already started but it’s not too late to join, take at look at what’s still to come…..
Our monthly cookery clubs are perfect for budding young chefs and fussy eaters alike, building a children’s confidence in the kitchen helps encourage a healthier relationship with food and develop many skills along the way too.
This winter term our cooks can look forward to making a mixture of seasonal recipes, celebrating food days and making the odd sweet treat too. Below are the term dates and recipes that they can look forward to making.
Saturday 8th February
We’re getting seasonal in February as it’s a great time of year for colourful, seasonal vegetables which we are going to pack into beef and vegetable pasties. This is a great recipe for practicing so many skills with pastry making and knife skills.
Saturday 14th March
We’re adding a bit of Irish to our March recipe with St Patricks day just a few days away. We are going to be making potato cakes and homemade baked beans.
Everything for our classes is provided, we just ask you to send along a container to take the food home in as this helps us to reduce our use of single use packaging.
If you are not able to join us for the whole term or would like to book a one off session as a gift or trial then that’s absolutely fine. Individual sessions can be booked for £28 each, drop an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the date or dates that you would like to attend and we’ll get you booked in.
