Terms and Conditions\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\n \r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nMedical Conditions\r\n\r\nI understand that it is my responsibility to notify Cookies Kitchen of any medical conditions that my child has, including allergies to food. I agree to inform Cookies Kitchen of any changes to conditions. I understand that Cookies Kitchen instructors will not administer any medication to my child/children. I agree to my son or daughter receiving basic first aid should the need arise. I agree that Cookies Kitchen cannot be held responsible for any allergic reaction to any food or drink that they handle or eat during a session\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nContact Information\r\n\r\nI understand that it is my responsibility to keep Cookies Kitchen informed of any changes to my contact details, including my address, telephone number and email address. Although it is not necessary to stay during a cookery session, I agree to be contactable at all times when my child/children are attending any clubs or workshops with Cookies Kitchen.\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nKitchen Equipment and Safety\r\n\r\nI agree for my child/children to use sharp knives, hobs and other kitchen equipment under supervision when necessary. I understand that if my child acts inappropriately or unsafely at any time that they may be asked to leave the session. I agree that my child is responsible for any valuables that they bring to class.\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nCancellation\r\n\r\nMonthly Cookery Clubs\r\n\r\nI understand that Cookies Kitchen is under no obligation to refund or transfer your money in the event that your child/children are unable to attend part of or the entire term. I appreciate Cookies Kitchen is under no obligation to offer an alternative club time or date. I understand that my child/children’s place can only be confirmed once full payment for the term has been received. I agree to pay for the full term in advance of the term starting.\r\n\r\nWorkshops \r\n\r\nI understand that in the event that my child/children can no longer attend a workshop that Cookies Kitchen will offer a refund minus a £10 administration fee if notified more than 14 days in advance. Should you wish to cancel up to 72 hours before the workshop then a 50% refund will be issued, no refunds will be given after this time. I understand that my child/children’s place can only be confirmed once full payment for the term has been received.\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nIn the event that Cookies Kitchen needs to cancel an event we will endeavour to notify you as soon as possible via text, email and our Facebook page. If this happens, an alternative class will be offered and where this is not possible a full refund will be given.\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nAdverse Weather\r\n\r\nCookies Kitchen is under no obligation to refund lessons that may be missed due to local adverse weather when the venue and environs are safe and accessible and lessons are being held.\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nPhotography\r\n\r\nAt Cookies Kitchen we love to photograph the food that the children have made and sometimes include the children in the photos. I agree to Cookies Kitchen using these photos on social media or in other advertising.
